How to install multifunctional spinning testing machine?


The installation steps of multifunctional spinning testing machine are usually as follows:

Preparation before installation

Site selection: Choose clean, dry and vibration-free indoor space to avoid direct sunlight. The indoor temperature should be controlled at 10℃-35℃ and the humidity should be kept below 60%. At the same time, ensure that there is more than 70 cm space around the testing machine, which is convenient for subsequent testing and daily maintenance.

Inspection of equipment and accessories: check carefully whether the main engine, nozzle, metering pump, heating device, control system and other components of the multifunctional spinning testing machine are complete, damaged or deformed, etc. Check whether the accompanying tools, manuals, certificates and other materials are complete.

Prepare installation tools: prepare the required installation tools, such as screwdriver, wrench, level meter, multimeter, etc.

Foundation installation

Place the testing machine: place the testing machine in the selected position smoothly, and measure with a level meter. By adjusting the anchor bolt or gasket at the bottom of the testing machine, the testing machine will be in a horizontal state to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.

Install anchor bolts: If the testing machine needs to be fixed on the ground, punch holes in the ground according to the position of bolt holes on the equipment base and install anchor bolts. Use high-strength cement mortar to pour screw holes, fill the gap between the testing machine and the ground, water and maintain for more than one week, and then fix the screws.

Component installation

Installation of spinning nozzle: according to the type and design of the testing machine, the spinning nozzle is accurately installed in the corresponding position, ensuring that the nozzle is firmly installed and the connection with the feeding system and other components is well sealed to prevent liquid leakage or air leakage.

Connecting the metering pump: Install the metering pump in a proper position and correctly connect it with the raw material storage tank and the supply pipeline of the spinning nozzle. Pay attention to the direction and slope of the pipeline when connecting to avoid blockage or backflow. At the same time, ensure the installation accuracy of metering pump, make it run smoothly and measure accurately.

Installation of heating device: If the testing machine is equipped with heating device, such as heating furnace, heating plate, etc., install it in the corresponding position and connect the power cord and temperature sensor. Ensure that the contact between the heating device and the heated part is good, so as to ensure the uniform heating effect.

Assemble the control system: install the host, display screen, operation panel and other parts of the control system in a position convenient for operation and observation, and connect the internal lines and data lines. Check whether the communication between the control system and each component is normal, and make preliminary parameter setting and debugging.

Electrical and hydraulic system installation

Electrical connection: according to the requirements of the equipment manual, connect the power cord of the testing machine to ensure that the voltage and frequency of the power supply meet the requirements of the testing machine. Generally speaking, the testing machine needs to be connected with a three-phase four-wire power supply and equipped with an air switch and a leakage protection device. At the same time, connect the control lines and signal lines of all components to ensure that the lines are connected correctly and firmly, and there are no problems such as short circuit and open circuit.

Installation of hydraulic system: If the testing machine has a hydraulic system, first remove the binding of each part, and clean the inside of the tubing with clean kerosene, especially the threaded joint of the tubing connection port. Check whether the joint gasket is complete, and replace it in time if it is damaged. Then connect the tubing with a suitable wrench, and pay attention to the tightness of the connection to prevent oil leakage. After the connection is completed, drain the residual oil in the oil tank, remove the impurities in the oil tank, and then add an appropriate amount of clean hydraulic oil, paying attention to the oil level height should meet the requirements.

Debugging and testing

No-load debugging: after completing all installation work, turn on the power supply and carry out no-load debugging. Check the operation of all components, such as motors, pumps, fans, etc., for normal operation and abnormal noise and vibration. Check whether the operation of the control system is sensitive, whether the display is accurate, and whether the setting and adjustment of various parameters are normal.

Performance test: Conduct some simple performance tests, such as measuring the flow and pressure of spinning nozzle, checking the temperature control accuracy of heating device, and testing the metering accuracy of metering pump. According to the test results, the equipment is further adjusted and optimized to ensure that its performance indicators meet the requirements.

Trial spinning test: after no-load debugging and performance test are qualified, the trial spinning test will be carried out. Add a proper amount of spinning raw materials into the raw material storage tank, and start the testing machine according to the operating rules to carry out the spinning test. Observe whether the spinning process is stable, whether the fiber forming quality is good, such as whether the fiber diameter uniformity and strength meet the requirements. According to the trial spinning results, the process parameters of the equipment are adjusted and optimized until satisfactory spinning results are obtained.
