What are the components of carbon fiber spinning machine?

 1. Filter unit The filtration unit is mainly composed of a three-stage filter kettle. The three-stage filter kettle can be used separately, and each filter kettle is equipped with an independent heating and temperature control device, which can melt and filter the raw materials. 

 2. Aggregation unit 

 3. Spinning unit The spinning unit is mainly composed of spinning kettle, heating temperature control device and receiving device. The raw materials required for composite spinning, which have been filtered and polymerized by the first two units, are put into the spinning machine, and after heating and melting, the fine fiber is extruded by the spinneret and collected by the wire receiving device.
